this product is eligible for exchange/refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging.

please note:
•⁠  ⁠a fee of 150 egp applies for all refunds/exchanges.
•⁠  ⁠products must be returned with their original dust bag. if the dust bag is missing, 100 egp will be deducted from the total refund amount.
