Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you love every Calista piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned without their original packaging or tags cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, your refund will be transferred via Instapay, bank transfer, or your preferred mobile wallet. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that each item can only be exchanged once. Exchanged items are no longer eligible for another exchange.
Refund & Exchange Fees
A flat fee of 150 EGP applies to all refunds and exchanges. This covers shipping, professional cleaning, quality inspection, and preparing the item for its next home.
If the returned item is missing any accessories, an additional 100 EGP will be deducted alongside the standard processing fee.
Our Quality Promise
Every Calista piece goes through careful quality control before reaching you. While we strive for perfection, if you happen to receive a defective item, we'll gladly offer an immediate refund or exchange at no additional cost.
A Small Note on Hygiene
As our products are intimate garments, we kindly ask that any exchange request be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. This helps us maintain the highest hygiene standards for every customer.
Before You Unbox
We know opening your Calista package is part of the excitement.
However, for the safety of both our customers and delivery partners, packages cannot be opened upon delivery. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the process safe for everyone. 🤍
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نتمنى أن تحبي كل قطعة تصلك من Calista، ولكن إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسبًا لكِ، يسعدنا مساعدتك.
يمكنكِ طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، مع التغليف وجميع البطاقات الأصلية المرفقة به.
لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة، أو التي يتم إرجاعها بدون التغليف أو البطاقات الأصلية.
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم تحويل قيمة الاسترجاع عبر إنستاباي أو المحفظة الإلكترونية أو الحساب البنكي خلال مدة تصل إلى 14 يوم عمل.
يرجى العلم أن كل منتج يمكن استبداله مرة واحدة فقط، وبعد إتمام عملية الاستبدال لا يمكن استبداله مرة أخرى.
رسوم الاستبدال والاسترجاع
تبلغ رسوم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع 250 جنيهًا مصريًا، وتشمل تكلفة الشحن، والتنظيف، وفحص الجودة، وإعادة تجهيز المنتج.
وفي حال كان المنتج المرتجع غير مكتمل أو مفقودًا لأي من الملحقات الخاصة به، يتم إضافة 100 جنيه إلى رسوم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
ضمان الجودة
تمر جميع منتجات Calista بمراحل دقيقة من فحص الجودة قبل وصولها إليكِ.
وفي حال استلامكِ منتجًا به عيب تصنيع، يحق لكِ استبداله أو استرجاعه فورًا دون أي رسوم إضافية.
حفاظًا على النظافة
نظرًا لأن منتجاتنا تُستخدم بشكل شخصي، نرجو إرسال طلب الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، حتى نتمكن من الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة والسلامة لجميع عملائنا.
ملاحظة
نعلم أن لحظة فتح طلبك من أجمل اللحظات، لكن حفاظًا على سلامة الجميع، لا يُسمح بفتح الطرد أمام مندوب الشحن عند الاستلام.
